Kolber has also worked with CBS Sports and Fox Sports. Kolber from Pennsylvania has a master's education from University of Miami. Her career in the field began when she was a Video Coordinator at CBS Sports, New York City. She won a local Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV which is located in Miami. Additionally, she was employed by WPLG-TV Miami and WPEC-TV West Palm Beach in Florida. She was chosen as an anchor for ESPN2 in 1993 after the channel launched for the first time. The station was her home for ESPN2 for the ensuing three years, before resigning for Fox Sports. In 1999, she was hired by ESPN to host "Monday night Countdown.'
